    • Job description Responsibilities
      • Responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits of a company.

      • Lead the HR C&B team to analyze compensation data within an organization and design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.

      • Manage the employee insurance plan, pension and savings plans. Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.

      • Work on Retention improvement program. Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments. Advise on salary increase requests.

      • Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends.

      Desired profile 8~15 years HR experience, with minimum 5 years in Compensations & Benefit function or in Business Partner /HR Manager role.
      People managerial experience is required.
      Familiar with Taiwan Labor Standard Law.
      Desired job competencies: Strategic thinking, Team working, willing to lead change, driving for results.
      Bachelor Degree or above. Master degree in Human Resources or Business/Management related majors will be a plus.
