The Business Operation and Planning, responsible for
1. engaging sales and marketing departments by coordinating activities which support efficient and effective business operation. manage the business data coming out meaningful business analytics and insights for operation performance improvement resources.
2. Standard of Process alignment with internal and external requirements.
3. lead engagement with sales force to improve systems that will make operations more efficient and effective. implementation, administration and monitoring and sales operation, business analytics, ensure the sales operation are aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives.
4. responsibility to coordinate the annual planning process.
5. Develop strategic pricing and reimbursement for existing and oncoming J&J vision surgical products and collaborate with global, regional and cross-functional team to develop reimbursement dossier, budget impact analysis.
6. support the value proposition, marketing, and market access in Taiwan
7. Develop and manage long-term working relationships with industry, government and academics.
8. Familiar with health policy issues and participant industry meeting to maximize company business.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
  • Master Degree related subject preferred and minimum 6 years of experience in Medical device/pharmaceutical/biotech industry (sales & marketing, market access, medical and marketing)
  • Knowledge in Taiwan health care system and national reimbursement environment

Preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge in managing market segments including: marketplace, patient access and physician networks
  • Ability to work, lead and influence cross functional team within various departments
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate information and Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
